Seth Thompson is the CEO and Broker for Home Beacon Realty, based in Austin Texas. With over 15 years of experience, Seth successfully guides first time home buyers, experienced buyers, families and investors through the home buying process. One size doesn’t fit all, and Seth has the patience and expertise to find each unique buyer the perfect fit. He also helps owners sell their properties using expert pricing and marketing techniques customized to each seller’s needs.
Previously, Seth operated as the Sales Director and Broker for HomeCity Real Estate. Seth places an emphasis on great relationships. “Buying/Selling your home is a personal experience in which trust in your Realtor is critical,” he expressed. Seth is originally from the greater Dallas area and graduated from the University of Texas at Dallas with a degree in finance. He has resided in the Austin area since 2006. Outside of business, Seth enjoys travel, live music, sand volleyball & outdoor activities, billiards, and spending time with his wife and 2 cats.

Prior to Home Beacon Realty, Ali served as President and Board Member of Tenura Holdings, a privately held real estate services holding company owning: a premiere national mortgage bank in 38 states, real estate brokerages in the southern United States, a regional property and casualty insurance company, and one of the nation’s largest private title insurance agencies operating in over 40 states.
In early 2018, Ali successfully led the restructuring and divestiture of Tenura Holdings to large market participants and private equity funds.
Prior to active management of companies, Ali was in private law practice at regional and national law firms representing the nation’s largest financial institutions and insurance concerns regarding complex regulatory matters and associated litigation.
Ali earned his law degree from Texas A&M University School of Law, and his Bachelor of Science in Economics from Baylor University.
