HANCOCK AUSTIN
Hancock is located directly due north of The University of Texas at Austin campus and reflects Central Austin’s diversity of architectural styles, home sizes, and price points. The architecture of most Hancock homes for sale ranges from tiny craftsman bungalows and traditional ranches to contemporary condos. Houses average almost 2,000 square feet, and over the years, many have been renovated or expanded to take advantage of their prime area within the city. While some of the homes may look modest, the location within the city, beautiful architecture, and lovely, shaded streets, keep this neighborhood in high demand for potential homeowners.
