OLD ENFIELD AUSTIN

The Old Enfield neighborhood boasts homes for sale which are beautiful residences averaging over 2,100 square feet of living space with anywhere from 2 to 6 bedroom floorplans. With a premium location only two miles from Downtown Austin as well as two miles from the University of Texas, these homes have prices that reflect their great demand.  These residences resemble homes in the English countryside, and many have winding drives, ivy-covered exteriors, along with gabled roofs. Mixed among those original 20th century homes, potential buyers can also find modest bungalows and 1-story ranch homes. As the community has evolved, several styles of architecture have blossomed, giving the neighborhood an eclectic and sophisticated feel.

WHERE IS OLD ENFIELD?

The neighborhood (Old West Austin) consists of homes north of 13th Street, south of Windsor Road, east of Pease Park, and west of MoPac Expressway.  From Downtown Austin, head west on 15th Street which becomes Enfield Road. Take a right after N. Lamar into the neighborhood.
