TRAVIS COUNTRY AUSTIN

Travis Country is an established neighborhood in Southwest Austin close to many of the area’s best amenities and destinations including Austin’s many parks and greenbelts.  These homes have an average build date of 1989, and feature suburban brick designs with 1-2 stories. Common home attributes include pools, covered patios, balconies, and decks for relaxing and entertaining.  Moving to the interiors, they average 2,300 square feet and floor plans are open. The community is close to many green areas including close drives to Gaines Creek Park, Gaines Creek Greenbelt, and Barton Creek Greenbelt.  For shopping and casual dining, Sunset Valley Village offers residents a variety of both upscale and practical shopping. For even more shopping, Barton Creek Square is less than five miles away.

SCHOOLS

The Austin ISD serves the students of Travis Country. Younger students attend Oak Hill Elementary (PK-5) while older students attend O. Henry Middle (6-8) and Stephen F. Austin High School (9-12).  Private school options include St. Gabriel’s Catholic School (PK-8) and St. Michael’s Catholic Academy (9-12).
